My family and I had a great Christmas break in this hotel. the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the meals were absolutely delicious. We loved sitting outside on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. the in-house bakery was a real treat, with fresh bread and treats every morning. We also appreciated having access to hiking paths, which were perfect for exploring the surrounding landscape.

the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to our standards, and we noticed a few issues in our room.

During my Christmas vacation, I enjoyed the tranquil nature surrounding the hotel. The views of the snow-capped mountains in the distance were breathtaking. the hotel offered a varied selection of delicious meals. It was great to have the option of an a la carte menu or to choose from the generous buffet. I also appreciated the in-house bakery, which provided fresh bread daily.

The rooms lacked cleanliness, and I found it disappointing that the chambermaid entered without knocking. the limited options for dinner were unsatisfactory.
